The article deals with the sexuality of the Korean elderly which rises up as an important social discourse in the korean society through the consultation case studies to see the current situation and find out the characteristics of the sexual culture of the Korean elderly. It is through the consultation known that the main issues are sexual malfunction, sexual conflict between couples, romantic relationship (physical contact with the opposite sex), masturbation, and that the male in the 60s participate in the counselling four times more actively than the female. The consultation reveals that their sexual characteristics are a high interest in sex desire, a low sexual communication between couples, a biased view related to the masculinity, a general relationship with the spouse, a worry about health. The suggestions for the health of the elderly’s sexual culture are to do away with the sexual bias, to exposes the lives and agony of the female elderly, to maintain the sexual equivalence in marriage life.
